In-stock orders usually dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Shipping rates & termsChange of mind returns
For a change of mind return, please submit a request within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and include all original packaging.
Approved change of mind returns are issued as store credit, less an 8% restocking fee. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale, personalised, custom coloured FOLD and made-to-order products are excluded.
Sending your return & processing
Please wait for approval before sending your return. Approved change of mind returns must arrive back with us within 30 days of you receiving your order to be accepted. Follow the instructions provided by our team, package it carefully and use a tracked courier. Keep proof of postage and do not apply courier labels directly to the original product packaging.
Returns are usually processed within 2–5 working days of receipt. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, please contact us through the same form so we can help.
